Body and Sole Fitness are personal training experts based in Glasgow. We want to help you achieve your fitness goals with a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Whether you want to build muscle, burn fat, run faster or run for longer, we’ll coach you through the necessary steps to get you where you want to be.

Personal Training.
Build muscle, burn fat and keep fit with either one-to-one sessions in our Glasgow fitness studio or through a remote fitness coaching program online. We create bespoke training plans to fit your goals and schedule with nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
Run Coaching.
Train for a marathon, perpare for a 10k, run a personal best, or just keep fit with One to One running sessions in Glasgow or work with a remote running coach. Our tailored running plans incorporate gate analysis, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, health and fitness testing, mobility work, technique drills as well as strength and endurance exercises for runners.
Group Run Coaching.
Group running sessions are a fun and effective way of keeping fit and improving your running technique. Our training blocks are scheduled throughout the year and work towards running events, from 5k runs to marathons, and are suited for all levels and abilities. Coach-led sessions with Greig include technique drills, a flexible training plan, nutrition, mobility, strength and conditioning advice.
One to One Coaching.
One-to-one sessions with Greig will motivate you to achieve your best in every workout. We'll keep you on track with training plans, ensuring you're always working at appropriate intensities and with safe and effective fitness techniques.
Remote Coaching.
Unable to reach our Glasgow studio? Reach your fitness goals remotely through a tailored online fitness program delivered through regular online Zoom sessions. We'll also make sure you're on track towards your fitness goals with training plans and monitor progress through the Truecoach app.
Since completing his first marathon in 2009, Greig Corr-Macleod has been committed to helping others run better, faster and for longer without causing injury.
He has successfully coached himself toward a range of achievements, from placing first in a 5k road race to completing an 80k mountain trail ultra-marathon in under ten hours.
Pursuing his passion for studying all things health and fitness, Greig qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach, Nutritional Advisor and Scottish Athletics Coach in 2019. He now devotes his time to learning and exploring how we can feel well or better by optimising movement, nutrition and sleep.
Greig’s approach to health and fitness is about incorporating natural and holistic methods into our busy modern lives. He’s a firm believer that, as humans, we are designed to thrive whilst running lots, mostly slow and sometimes fast, lifting heavy things and resting in between.
With these principles, he’ll guide you to achieve fitness gains as a result of a healthy lifestyle and become the happy, healthy, fit and robust athletes we were all born to be.
