Personal Training.

Build muscle, burn fat and keep fit with either One to One or Remote Coaching - Bespoke flexible training plans to fit your schedule with nutrition and lifestyle coaching.


Run Coaching.

Complete a race, run a personal best and keep fit with either One to One or Remote Coaching - Bespoke flexible running plans to fit your schedule incorporating gate analysis, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, health and fitness testing, mobility work, technique drills and strength and conditioning.


Group Run Coaching.

Training as part of a group is a fun and effective method of keeping fit and improving your abilities. With training blocks scheduled throughout the year targeted towards 5k to Marathon for all levels and abilities, you'll benefit from weekly coach-led sessions with Greig, technique drills, a flexible training plan, nutrition, mobility, strength and conditioning advice.

One to One Coaching.

One to one sessions with Greig pushing you to achieve your best in each work out. Greig will keep you on track with training plans ensuring you're working at appropriate intensities with safe and effective technique ensuring you make the most of your efforts.


Remote Coaching.

Work closely but remotely with Greig by keeping in touch through online platforms and regular scheduled calls to make sure you are on track with training plans and monitor progress.


With a life long passion for the great outdoors and being physically active Greig Corr-Macleod became fascinated with setting and achieving athletic goals whilst optimising health. Since completing his first marathon in 2009 he has been committed to his pursuit of running better, faster and longer without jeopardising health or injury. He has successfully coached himself to a range of notable achievements from placing 1st in a 5k road race to completing an 80k mountain trail ultra marathon in under 10 hours.

Following his passion for studying all things health and fitness, Greig qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach, Nutritional Advisor and Scottish Athletics Coach and is now devoted to exploring how we can feel well or better by optimising movement, nutrition and sleep.

Greig’s approach is very much about incorporating natural and holistic methods into our busy modern lives and is a firm believer that as a species we are designed and have evolved to thrive whilst running lots, mostly slow and sometimes fast, lifting heavy things and resting. With these principles he helps people to achieve fitness gains as a result of a healthy lifestyle and become the happy, healthy, fit and robust athletes we were all born to be.
