Since completing his first marathon in 2009, Greig Corr-Macleod has dedicated his career to helping runners improve performance, build resilience, and enjoy running for life - without injury. Based in Glasgow, he combines years of experience and evidence-based training methods to support runners both locally in Glasgow and through online run coaching across the UK.
As both coach and competitor, Greig has guided his own journey to victories spanning middle-distance track, road, trail and hill racing, and mountain trail ultramarathons. His first-hand experience of structured training, intelligent recovery, and performance mindset underpins every coaching plan he builds
Greig holds qualifications as a Level 3 Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach, Nutritional Advisor, and Scottish Athletics Coach. Since qualifying in 2019, he’s continued to study how movement, nutrition, and sleep combine to create long-term wellbeing and sustainable performance.
His philosophy is simple: we’re designed to move often, lift heavy things, rest well, and find joy in the process. Through structured run coaching and tailored strength and conditioning, Greig helps each athlete become stronger, more efficient, and more confident - achieving lasting results through a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
