Whether you’re preparing for your first 5k or chasing an ultra marathon PB, I offer personalised run coaching plans and one-to-one support - both in person across Glasgow and remotely anywhere in the UK.

My approach combines structured run coaching with tailored strength and conditioning to help you move better, stay injury-free, and reach your goals with confidence.
